Lead sourcing tools for Lithuania: what each one actually gives you

The comparison, tool by tool

Ask an AI assistant for tools to source leads in Lithuania and the same three or four names come back: rekvizitai.vz.lt, Okredo, sometimes Infoin.lt. None of them is wrong to mention. All of them are worth a real look before you build a list around one. The table below states only what each vendor's own current site shows, checked 19 September 2026, with a plain "not confirmed" wherever a vendor's page did not say, or could not be reached, rather than a guessed figure.

Rekvizitai.lt: fast lookups, no real bulk path

Rekvizitai.lt, run under the vz.lt publisher, is a public directory search built on the Register of Legal Entities. It answers one question well: what does the state record show for this one company, right now. The English site is genuinely built out, not a machine-translated afterthought, with parallel versions in German, Russian, Spanish and Polish alongside Lithuanian.

What it does not offer, on its own site, is a documented way to pull more than one company at a time. There is no API link or export button on the homepage or the pages linked from it. A couple of third-party wrappers exist that repackage its data, but they run on arrangements outside the vendor's own published terms, which is a weaker footing than a first-party feed. For a single lookup before a call, it is the fastest option here. For building a list of two hundred companies, it is the wrong tool, because you would be doing that by hand.

Okredo: branded as open data, opaque behind a wall on this check

Okredo positions itself, in its own materials, as an open data platform for business growth, running parallel country sites for Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Latvia and the UK. That framing suggests free access to baseline company data with a paid tier for deeper detail, which is a common shape for this category of product.

What this page cannot do is confirm the specifics against Okredo's own current site, because it blocked automated access on every attempt made during this research pass. Stating a free-tier limit or a pricing figure without having actually read it would be a guess dressed up as a fact, so the honest answer here is not confirmed. If Okredo is on your shortlist, open it in an ordinary browser and read the pricing page yourself before you plan around it.

Registrų centras: the source everyone else resells, and it is rate-limited

Every other tool on this page ultimately traces back to one place: the Register of Legal Entities, run by the state enterprise Registrų centras. Going to the source directly means no reseller's update lag and no reseller's formatting choices between you and the record.

It also means living with the register's own limits. The public search page states a cap of 100 searches a day, and anything past the basic record, the detailed registration data, sits behind a paid account or the self-service payment system. A separate open-data channel exists through Lithuania's data.gov.lt portal, described on the register's own open-data page as the route for bulk and structured access, but that portal itself could not be reached during this check to confirm its current access terms, so treat that route as worth investigating rather than confirmed here. For a one-off verification, the daily cap will never bother you. For a list-building workflow, it is the first wall you hit.

Infoin.lt: the widest net, the least polish

Infoin.lt is the one name in this comparison that came back unverified at first, because the domain is easy to mistype and easy to confuse with similarly named directories. It is real: a business directory covering Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine, and the only tool on this page whose own site states both a free search and a REST API in plain language, in its page description.

The trade-off shows up in how the directory is built. Listings are organised by category, sole traders alongside limited companies alongside export-focused firms, and the site also sells paid visibility packages to the companies listed on it. That means a company's prominence in a category can reflect what it paid for placement, not its size or its fit for your outreach, so treat ranking inside Infoin.lt as directory placement, not a market signal. The English interface exists and is functional, though thinner than the Lithuanian original.

Creditinfo Lietuva: built to price risk, not to build a list

Creditinfo Lietuva is a credit bureau first. Its key company data report pulls legal, contact, registration, representation and management detail from official registries into a single readable report, and the English version of that page is live and genuinely written for an English reader, not translated on the fly.

What the page does not state is a free tier or an API, and a credit bureau's business model, reports run against a company you already know the name of, is a different shape from list building entirely. Nothing on the report page reads as a search-and-filter tool for finding new companies. Use it after you have a shortlist and want to check who you are dealing with, not before you have one.

What none of these tools give you

Every tool above stops at the company. None of them hands you a verified email address for a named person at that company, the one detail that turns a row in a spreadsheet into an actual conversation. A register record tells you the legal representative on file, which is often accurate but rarely who you should be emailing about a commercial offer, and a directory listing tops out at a general company inbox at best.

Going from a company list to a contactable person is the actual work behind lead sourcing, and it is the step none of these five tools claims to do. That gap is filled by name-to-email matching, verification against mail servers, and a way of ranking which of the fifty employees at a company is worth writing to first, none of which shows up in a register extract no matter how complete the underlying company data is.

The legal footing for using any of this

Lithuania's company register data is public, held and published by the state itself, which settles the sourcing question but not the sending question. Using that data, or any company data pulled from these tools, to contact a business person about a relevant commercial offer runs on GDPR's legitimate-interest basis, Article 6(1)(f), which requires a documented balancing decision, not just a public source, before the first message goes out. The recipient is entitled to the Article 14 disclosure of where their data came from in that first message, and any opt-out or objection has to be honoured and kept honoured.
