4. People we contact in B2B outbound campaigns (important)

As a done-for-you B2B outbound provider, on behalf of our clients we contact decision-makers at other businesses. If you received outreach from us, this section explains how we handle your data, as required by Article 14 of the GDPR (data not collected directly from you).

What we process

Business contact details only: name, job title, business email address, employer/company, and publicly available professional information relevant to the offer.

Where it comes from

From publicly available business sources - company websites, professional networks, public business directories - and reputable, lawful B2B data providers. We do not use purchased consumer lists.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): relevant business-to-business outreach. We balance this against your rights, contact you only at your professional address about a genuinely relevant business offer, identify who we are and why we are writing, and include a clear opt-out in every message.

Who receives it

Our client (the company whose offer is being promoted) and the processors that help us run campaigns (see §6).

Your rights, including the right to object

You can object at any time (Art. 21) and ask to be removed. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently. To opt out, use the unsubscribe in any message or email info@ripeleads.eu. You also have the other rights listed in §8.

Retention

We keep campaign contact data only as long as needed for the campaign, and remove it promptly on opt-out or objection.

5. Cookies

We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies. Analytics tags load in a consent-aware mode (Google Consent Mode): cookieless by default, with full analytics cookies only after you accept. You can refuse non-essential cookies via the banner and manage cookies in your browser. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

6. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with the providers that help us run this service, each under an appropriate data-processing agreement:

7. International transfers

Some providers (for example Google and Calendly) may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards - the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any right, email info@ripeleads.eu. We respond within one month.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority:

Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija (VDAI)
State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania
L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius · vdai.lrv.lt · ada@ada.lt

9. Retention

We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage our working relationship, after which we delete it. Campaign data is handled as described in §4.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures - including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable processors - to protect personal data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
