These terms govern your use of the website ripeleads.eu ("the site"), operated by MB Retos galimybės (company code 307639434), trading as Ripe Leads. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in ways that breach applicable law.
2. Free tools and estimates
The site offers free tools, including the ROI calculator and the in-house SDR cost calculator. These produce illustrative estimates based on the inputs and assumptions you provide. They are not advice, forecasts, or guarantees of any outcome, cost or revenue. Decisions you make based on them are your own responsibility.
3. No guarantee of results
Information on the site describes our services in general terms. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, meetings or sales - outbound performance depends on your offer, market and execution. Any specific commitments are set out only in a separate written agreement (see §6).
4. Intellectual property
The site's content, design, text, graphics and logos are owned by MB Retos galimybės or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, except as permitted by mandatory law.
5. Third-party links and services
The site links to and uses third-party services (for example Calendly for scheduling and Google for analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites; their own terms and privacy notices apply.
6. Services are governed by a separate agreement
These terms cover use of the website only. Any engagement of our B2B outbound services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and MB Retos galimybės, which sets out scope, fees, and other commercial terms. Pricing shown on the site is indicative and subject to that agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
