Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 June 2026
This policy explains how Ripe Leads ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this site, contact us, or book a call - and how we handle data when running outbound campaigns on behalf of clients. We comply with the EU/UK GDPR.
1. Data we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email and company - only what you submit.
- Booking a call: scheduling is handled by Calendly. When you book, Calendly processes your name, email, timezone and any details you provide. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
- Usage data & cookies: basic analytics and the cookies set by Calendly (see §5).
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule a strategy call.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (when you submit a form or accept cookies) and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site.
4. Outbound campaign data (clients)
As a done-for-you B2B outbound provider, when delivering campaigns we process publicly available business contact details to send relevant B2B outreach under legitimate interest. Every recipient can opt out at any time, and opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: those required for the Calendly booking widget, and (if enabled) privacy-respecting analytics. You can refuse non-essential cookies via the banner and control cookies in your browser settings.
6. Sharing & processors
We share data only with the providers that run this service: Hostinger (hosting), Calendly (scheduling), and our analytics provider. Each acts as a processor under appropriate agreements.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, manage our working relationship - then delete it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email dovydas@liaudanskas.lt. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
